Anna Ream is a photographer who explores the dynamics of personal and social identities, community, and belonging using a range of visual approaches that include documentary, portraiture, conceptual, and still life photography. She was a Photolucida Critical Mass Top 200 Finalist in 2025 and 2023, and her work has been exhibited internationally and featured on websites including Lenscratch, TODAY.com, and The Daily Mail.
She is faculty and a board member at Photographic Center NW in Seattle, WA. Her commitment to photographic education and community building reflects the collaborative spirit that permeates her artistic practice, where family and community are not merely subjects but integral threads woven throughout her creative process.
